Sales Representative
Joining our Sales you will be responsible for developing our Non-Standard Fastener business to End User & OEM markets. Having held a similar position you will have the experience needed to grow this business by developing new business as well as maintaining our current customer base.
· Experience in selling Non-Std Fasteners is not essential but would be an advantage.
· The ability to work within a team environment and work under own initiative
· A proactive approach to finding new customers & developing existing accounts.
· Strong commercial awareness to strive forward focusing on profit and improving our current levels of business.
· This position will have a very competitive package including a car and performance linked bonus scheme.
Order Processing Engineer
This very important role has been developed as a new function within the company and is seen as a vital position within the team. Experience within the industry would be an advantage however if you have any engineering knowledge, full training on our products, material and standards will be given to help the correct candidate to develop in this role.
· Experience in processing orders from receipt to issue of production route card (including raising purchase orders and routing cards).
· The ability to work within a team environment and work under own initiative.
· A proactive approach to finding material suppliers and develop these suppliers further.
· You will be required to adapt to all areas of the company including quality, purchasing and sales.
Internal Sales
Joining our Internal Sales Team you will be responsible for developing our Non-Standard Fastener business to End User & OEM markets. Experience within the industry is not essential but would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be given.
· The ability to work within a team environment and work under own initiative
· A proactive approach to finding new customers & developing existing accounts in conjunction with the external sales team.
· Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work closely with our customers to ensure they receive the service they deserve.
· This position will have an attractive bonus linked scheme.
