With over 25 years of industry experience, we are able to offer a wide range of in-house production options to suit your unique special fastener requirements. We offer a complete manufacturing service, working from internationally recognised standards or customer drawings.
Our production team are highly skilled and experienced in the production of non standard fasteners which ensures we can supply our customers with components of unparalleled quality within the industry.
Our combination of CNC, Automatic and Manual machinery allows production quantities to range from one off to small and medium sized batches. We manufacture high integrity special fasteners to BS, EN, ISO, ASTM and ANSI specifications or to your own requirements from drawings or through retro engineering.
We can produce parts up to 1400mm in diameter and fasteners of all thread types. We are able to machine metric threads from M2 to M200 in diameter and lengths in excess of 4 metres.
We are experienced in the machining of all materials, ranging from carbon, alloy and stainless steels to more exotic heat resisting grades. These include: Alloy Steels; Stainless Steels; Duplex/Super Duplex; Nickel Alloys; Exotic Alloys; Mutli-Phased Alloys and Yellow Metals.
We are also able to perform Heat Treatment and a wide range of Surface Coatings can be accommodated, to national, international or customer requirements.
