The Company Quality System lays down mandatory procedures and controls for all elements of our supply from full traceability on material purchase, to order completion, and certificated product dispatch.

Our internal systems and control measures are fully supported by external UKAS accredited test houses to ensure total Customer confidence.

As most of our products are used in Quality Critical applications it is imperative that we supply a high integrity product to our Customers, therefore Quality Assurance is an integral part of every process of our supply, and Wulfrun continue to invest heavily in this field to ensure total Customer satisfaction.

Quality assurance facilities/equipment include the following:

CNC co-ordinate measuring machine with 3D facility.
Niton X-ray fluorescence gun for positive material identification.
Optical projection up to 25x magnification, together with digital linear/angular measurement.
Surface texture measurement in all profiles.
Wide range of thread measuring and gauging equipment.
Full range of modern digital and anologue measuring equipment.

To ensure that all customer requirements are understood, Feasibility studies, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)  are in use and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) together with statistical process control ( SPC) can be accommodated to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
